Mountain State Realty, Inc. is a family owned and operated real estate
company. We opened our doors in 1971 and became incorporated in 1981,
serving the community for over 25 years .
T. H. Lantz, Sr. originally started the company in 1971 and in 2006 he retired, turning the company over to his daughter Merina and her husband, Keith W. Martin. Keith is now the managing broker with Merina being a Sales Agent. Mt. State Realty, Inc. strives to provide the very best service possible to its clients and the real estate community at large. Mt. State Realty, Inc. is proud of the fact that we have thrived in small rural communities where "word of mouth" advertising is more important than a national network that large companies rely upon.
